Médis Returns Policy for Customers

We at Médis strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for both sellers and customers. To ensure a fair and consistent returns process, we have established the following returns policy, which all sellers on our platform are expected to adhere to, except for certain exceptions mentioned below.

General Returns Policy

Customers can return products purchased on Médis within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact the seller within the specified timeframe.

Seller's Response Time

Upon receiving a return request, sellers are required to acknowledge and respond to the request within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Label

For eligible returns, sellers must provide customers with a return shipping label (URL) to facilitate the return process. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of damage or wear

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions

Process for Return

  • Seller's Response: The seller will respond to your return request within 2 business days and provide you with a return shipping label (URL) if the return is eligible.
  • Package the Item: Safely package the product in its original condition and packaging. Attach the return shipping label provided by the seller.
  • Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the seller using the provided return shipping label. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed and that the shipping label is clearly visible.
  • Refund: Once the seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition, a refund will be initiated, and you will receive the refund to your original payment method.
